recently made a sudden decision to sell my property, located in the Carolina Forest section of Myrtle Beach, SC., prior to moving abroad permanently. After speaking with Angela Bohnaker for the first time it was clear that she would be the listing Real Estate agent. I explained I was leaving the country within three weeks and was concerned how the process would work if I was out of the country at the time of sale. Angela immediately calmed my anxiety by taking her time to explain the process and researching other concerns and questions I had, assuring everything would work out. She consistently returned my calls, responded to text messages and kept me updated during the whole process. Angela immediately started working by personally responding to my property, acquiring high quality drone pictures and gathering additional needed documents in the event of a fast sale. Once we both agreed on the terms and agreements the property was listed and under contract in less than 24 hours of being placed on the market. I found this to be unbelievable but knew this was a direct result of Angela’s commitment, work ethic and professionalism. She super exceeded my expectations and working with her was not only the best decision I made to accomplish this task but turned out to be a stress free, wonderful experience overall.
